公寓设施还是不错的，床很大，阳台可晾衣服。离海滩不算远，走路十分钟左右吧。但毕竟不是酒店，服务就别指望太好了。停车场和游泳池均要收费，但也不贵。附近吃饭地方不算多，要走一段才到。总的来说，性价比还是不错的。

酒店位置不错，水兰天正门入，房间很大，简单装修和布置，停车费同业主，进出一个小时内免费，超过一个小时，白天五块，不进出过夜十块，卫生一般，马桶盖过渡水箱那块很明显的污迹，见到两只蟑螂，干掉一只，早餐十五块完全不值，但价格确实不错，自带被褥带小孩来海边确实比对面十里银滩酒店要好

首先说停车，停半天收费5元，过夜收10元，住了一晚收了15块，不知道酒店那个出入的单有什么用。位置根本不清楚，要是不问人根本找不到，去到还要打电话才能进去。再有房间的卫生一般般，有很大的霉味。被子上还有黄色的污迹。
