入住前联系前台，电话不接，车到士之停车库门岗时，保安不让进，说要让酒店方派人接，打电话更没有接，足足等了半个小时，保安看没有人下来接最终放行，上到二楼前台，一个女的接待，问我情况，我便出示身份证，这个女的爱理不理，干其他工作去了，最后一个男的帮我在网上查证入住，这个过程足足有十分钟。第二天退房时，两个服务员服务态度就比较好。总的这个酒店不值得推荐！

很好噢，端午节去的，8～11号，才298，海景房，很大。别的酒店都500以上，很满意。离海也不远，小区里面有游泳池。小孩很喜欢，玩得很开心。下次去还住那。碧桂园十里银滩环境比大小梅沙好太多了，海水干净，人少，无边游泳池很漂亮。坐楼巴去1小时，也方便。服务员说周日至周四更优惠，打算暑假再带孩子去住几天。第一是酒店阳台拍的。
