找客服中心难找，住豪华海景房还不错，两个房间都可以看海，一个内海一个外海，视线辽阔，空气清新，房间设施设备都不错，小孩挺喜欢的到处走，我最不满意就是水，洗澡房放出来的水有点黄，其他都还不错，客服服务态度很好，还推荐渔民乐饭店，海鲜挺新鲜，价格不算贵~老板娘还很热情~

房间倒是很好，小区很漂亮！只是半夜去的，没人接待，房间找了一个多小时。找到后己经累趴，毫无心情了。海滩不行，好像没人管理，拉圾超多，沙子都好脏。没敢让孩子们下水。老公表示不会再来。。。

地理位置很好，整个万科双月湾就建在海边，之前来过很多次，感觉都很不错。但这次：房间大门坏的“开关门异响超大”，电视看不了“没有机顶盒”，桌子地板用手摸有明显的灰尘“那床会是干净的吗”，没有热水，用冷水洗的澡。

向来评价多是给足面子填好评，可收了600多的价位，提供的是什么样的房间？仿佛时光倒退了，大酒店都可以住了，总之本应愉快的行程因为住得不爽留下了遗憾！
