这里的环境不错，服务很好。最值得一赞的就是酒店工作人员把我原订的秒杀低楼层的房间升级了高楼层给我，非常感谢。

一起订了两间房，间房很好，管理人员很到位。沙滩水很浅很适合小朋友玩！沙滩上还有很多寄居蟹捉，小朋友玩得不想走了！

3969元这样的价格住这样的别墅很坑爹，照片很美很大，真的不得不佩服照相的技术了，去第一套别墅里面装饰发霉了，然后物管帮忙换了另一套别墅虽然没发霉，但是里面的装修跟房间小的可怜，花园更不用说，这么贵的住费，1000也不值令我们大失所望……

万科双月湾地理位置确实没话说，海景房很不错～但是，服务、设施真的是跟不上！！！首先，入住后服务员把我们带错了栋数，说是业务不熟悉…这也就算了，晚上断电！断电～是的，打给前台…无人接听～打给服务员，不管…打给艺龙，艺龙说联系不上前台，连酒店的老板电话也关机了。后来实在没辙，等待一小时后下楼找保安，问题才给解决。 第二天前台解释…“万科用电超负荷，局部房间断电，不信的话他们有证据”………试问一下，我们住在19楼，看见窗外全部灯火通明，周围房间全亮灯，给我们这种解释，我表示不服！跳闸就跳闸，为什么要硬掰理由呢～这种服务方式我认为真的跟所谓的豪华海景公寓完全不匹配！最后，只能说…双月湾值得一去，但感受这种服务 让我真的不想再去～
