曾多次入住过此酒店，今天才发现服务态度极差，更加让人气愤的有个自称是酒店老板的人，居然死毫不顾忌顾客的感受与利益，只知道扬言处理自己的员工这样狠话在顾客面前示威，而不会设身处地的为顾客解决问题。说出来的话句句让人添堵，酒店是服务行业，不说顾客是上帝，至少也要做到以人为本，从此，再也不去这家丝毫没有人情味的丰山路惠州恒远假日酒店了。
