服务态度一个字差，告诉我2点前退房，一定要在两点前下去，超过一分钟都算按一个小时50块钱计算，听得我就真的不舒服的了。跟我说这是规定，实话实说这样的，就算住街边我也不会再住这个恒远假日酒店。
