我们是清明节假期去的，去到地下停车场已经没有车位了。只能停在下面地面。拉着行李带着娃上去酒店，还是挺辛苦。酒店环境不错，房间特别大，还有个大阳台。前台还给免费升级了。我们下午三点多到，但是房间卫生还没有打扫完，在大堂又等了40分钟才入住。温泉在离酒店步行不到5分钟的地方，人多到像下饺子。个人觉得还是淡季过去玩的比较开心。

整體而言不錯👍但誠如幾位前房客所述，盥洗用品質與量可在提升些
然泡池房的浴缸當初設計建造時可做得更有溫泉池的感覺些

酒店行李员服务比前台服务员要热情好客，作为一家星级酒店，房间浴室🛀故障无人及时维修，房间里的配套小件设施损坏也无及时检查更换，不过胜在床舒服和空气清新再加上自助早餐还比较靠谱……

非常好，一如既往！！！！！唯一遗憾的是酒店没有温泉和室内泳池！酒店儿童乐园的小女孩服务很好，小朋友不多的时候还会陪着小朋友一起玩，可以看的出来是真心喜欢小朋友的！
