酒店面对大批游客完全无法招架，还允许团队导游插队办理，大堂一片混乱，秩序混乱，完全没有旅游体验，还没入住就想打道回府了！

一到酒店就有服务生帮忙开车门拿行李，无论是前台人员还是后勤人员，都热情服务到位，美中不足就是空调太不给力了，到了半夜会被热醒，被子很厚，第二天叫了换薄被子还拿了两台空调扇，到了晚上依然热得没法睡觉，推广的1600米游池，什么水上大冲关，只有去了才知道上当的感觉，其实就是一家酒店必配的游泳池而已，作为一家5星的希尔顿酒店，洗涑用品真的很一般尤其牙刷套装真的很一般，早餐品种不是很多，味道还可。家人都说不会再入住，希望空调问题能早上解决

奔着亲子酒店去的，个人感觉儿童游乐场太小了，完全可以做大一点，游乐设施配齐一点。
女更衣室浴巾补充不及时，洗完澡没有浴巾真的好尴尬。

周边管理舒服，酒店环境舒服，贴合度假酒店称号，但停车位置太少，地下停车场设计不合理，预上特别日子的话，办理入住是在太慢，只有3个工作人员办理，下午14:30我排第三个竟然等接近15分钟，入到房间无留意垃圾桶，晚饭后准备掉垃圾去垃圾桶竟然发现房间垃圾桶有茶叶同水，估计是客房清洁员无留意清理，作为一家世界知名的连锁酒店机构实在taibu应该
