对酒店有点小失望，房间配套措施很一般，阳台的泡池又小又脏，毛巾居然发现有血迹，沙发很多头发丝……泳池还是不错的，有小孩子玩的水上乐园。服务比较差，这方面希望酒店注意一下，员工的素质真的很重要。就如到餐厅吃早餐，问服务员还有位置吗？服务员居然说“你自己看吧，你不见我在忙吗？”当时真无言……

酒店很新 酒店设施设备还可以 地处的位置 景观一般 房间看到的小河 河面有垃圾 ，房间空调中央空调温度固定了26 只有送风模式 房间被子又很厚 晚上睡觉盖被子热的出汗 不盖被子又冷 一个晚上都没睡好 这个度假度的郁闷得很

硬件设施达到了5星级的标准，但是服务人员的服务意识还差一些。旅行团去的比较多，早上的早饭如果赶上忙时，有可能拿不到什么东西

本人定了九间房，酒店在节假日繁忙时间没有增加房间清理人员，搞得我们进驻房间的时间被无限放大。我们两点左右到达前台，能马上拿到房卡的只有三间，其他五间房三点多才给房卡，等了一个钟头。最迟一间房接近下午四点才给房卡入住。刚开始，我们和前台接待人员协商，我们理解节假日酒店人手可能应付不了大量的工作，其他六间房没有打扫卫生没关系，先给房卡我们，我们不用在前台等，但前台服务生以房间卫生没打扫好为由，就是不同意给房卡，搞得我们一直在大堂等待，我们团队的部分人员前后在大堂足足等了两个钟，对此我们表示强烈的不满。所以给了酒店服务差评。
