前台服务很好，按要求给了无烟楼层，但由空调吹出来的风仍带有一股烟味，不知道是中央空调沒有分层还是有人在无烟楼层吸烟，这感觉不好。但只能说个別客人的素质待加強！酒店房间全面海，只是角度不同，海很美，阳台设计很棒，非常适合渡假，泳池有室內及室外无边际游池，适合全家人一起来，但比较可惜的是旁边很多建案，施工声音及視觉不美观，周边吃喝还蛮方便的，房间备品比较沒那么高大上，而且也沒男士刨须刀，这都是小细节，但可以改进做得更好，早餐一般，种类选择沒有很多，带孩子去多买一份早餐，成人价159元，比起其他五星级酒店，个人觉得不值这个价！

酒店不错，只是周边配套还没起来，房间能听单附近建筑工地的声音，不过声音比较小 问题不大

算是惠州最好的酒店吧，人流不杂，环境设施都很好，有商业街，不是那种未开发的人烟稀少的，是比较安静适合度假的
