首先，房间是干净的，但是毛巾很黑，穿孔什么都有……温泉挺多，挺大，也比较干净，缺乏游泳池，只有一个很小范围也很晒的人工冲浪假沙滩，儿童池没有开，人并不多，不过在你从进温泉的那刻开始，就是自助模式，并没有服务员，找不到，温泉那么大，找不到一个服务员，除了吃东西的地方……搞笑的是，我女儿一个人在假沙滩游玩，居然拖鞋被温泉的一班老女人穿走后，找不到一个服务员拿拖鞋，只有我亲自走回去休息地方拿拖鞋，由始至终都看不到一个服务员……再说早餐，半自助，虽然即点即蒸感觉好新鲜，但也是罗出来都凉，自助的部分根本服务跟不足，东西没有，没有人罗出来，送餐慢……这个半自助可以取消了，做全自助吧！酒店大堂没有空调，热到爆……唯一觉得安慰就是酒店房间比较干净而已…………实话说，我不会再选择，因为服务与品质决定一切…………合适老人家真的去泡温泉吧……亲子就算啦！

酒店的装修还不错，房间有三种风格，我们入住的是亲子房，温泉水疗池大型并且款式也多，酒店早餐丰富，住、玩都满意，值得推荐。

硬件设施一般般，但是服务差，尤其是早餐厅的服务太差了，年轻的服务员礼仪礼节差，态度冷漠，培训不到位，与富力的品牌差距太大，影响富力的品牌。入住体验感差，以后再也不选择这一家了。

不错的一次旅行，房间大，干净、温泉池多，在冲浪区还有免费的老火汤及水果，直走进去不远有一个湿地公园，儿童游乐园。唯一的遗憾是：早餐是半自助，很多要点歺（也是免费）但是要等很久。
