房间大，设施很好，装修很新，但地方指引不明确，找餐厅找了很久，最后问了前台才找到，还有就是没有医务室之类的，也没有简单的应急医疗药品。酒店包含的半自助早餐因餐厅服务员的失职，没有及时下单，导致耽误了我们不少时间。

曾来过这里好几次，原来印象很好，但今天退房时却令我们大失所望，当办理退房时说我们把电视机柜的枱面弄花了……，试问，我们入住前有让我们看清所有柜的情况吗？此外那两位服务生(其中一位还是什么主管)态度非常恶劣。解决问题是靠恶的吗？对客人态度极度差，有图片
