度假酒店设施比较完善，但是管理水准，也就是快捷酒店的水平，房间设施维护很一般，例如浴缸的放水按钮，淋浴的蓬头切换按钮都不知去了哪里。入住办理极慢。

因为老所以太旧了，一楼潮湿，满屋子霉味，2123房间马桶盖又黄又黑，房间还有小壁虎，五星级酒店喜来登最次的一次体验！

设施陈旧，电视是斜的，隔音很差，细节一般(房间内没有纸巾，水具里没有搅拌棒),健身房的器械是坏的。总的感觉像四星酒店，甚至跟有些新的三星酒店差不多。服务态度很好，任何区域的服务都很贴心！
