很棒，服务和设施比预期好很多。海滩一般，酒店内部给孩子准备的游乐设施很丰富，端午节有好多活动。还送了一盒粽子，下次准备订海景房再体验一下

与同等价位的酒店相比差太多了设施、服务、酒店人员专业性都不够。到酒店办入住，预订人员做系统入住时间搞错，原定的大床房只能改为双床。一进房间，一股霉味扑面而来。房间的拖鞋是人字拖，各种穿不惯，没有一次性拖鞋，要打电话要，服务速度超级慢。没有香皂盒，打开的香皂只能放在大盘子上。洗澡间的玻璃门特别响没有缓冲。酒店有些年头了，墙面有些发霉，阳台的栏杆也有腐蚀，沙发垫更是直接就有霉点点，搞不懂为什么不换。双床并成一张，要床被子铺在中间，一直到离开酒店都没给送来。沙滩很小，沙子也不够细，早餐样数也很少。总之，各种嘈点。

一入住就忍不住吐槽一番，安排了一楼给我，地下室一般！然后前台那两条女态度差，比不上招待所，厕所一地是水，纸巾盒一块纸巾也没有，强烈要求退款！
