海景房的风景很美，房间的设施齐全，但是前台服务态度很差。公寓式酒店，物业管理脏乱差，特别是生活污水还排到海里，都不敢下海游泳。

第二次住这里了，很好呢，环境不错，又干净。上次是15楼，这次是3楼，景观有点差，孩子有点失望😔，希望下次来的时候可以安排高一点的房间。

房间地板都是沙，铺满尘，卫生间更是惨不忍睹，太脏了，房间有异味。唯一满意的游泳池，但是要门票，外面的沙滩很磕脚，海水美，但是沙滩不行。现在去双月湾修路很多，路很难走，出海要比酒店更往里面的港口

房间床头没有插座很不方便，wifi也没有，而且入住时还停水了，搞得上厕所都不行，实在无语！网上订房时说到了直接出示证件入住，不要押金，结果不是，而且网上订了房不能取消，很不人性化！
