服务不好，退房超慢，3间房退房等了15分钟，检查房子的服务员都没给前台打电话，好不容易打了电话。又说我们把酒店的床单给染色了，要收清洗费，我们上房间和服务员对峙，服务员又改口说是没染色，湿了也要清洗。由于着急懒得和他们矫情，付了50元清洗费。以后再不会入住。

海上海酒店服务很热情，自助餐不错，品种很多，设施和五星没什么区别，地处位置公路宽阔，环境优美，离海边也不远，值得选。

环境较好，设施整洁、干净，服务规范。一点建议，退房时，查房人员，应该按退房客人的先后查房，我很早来到前台，却最后一个走（前面有4为客人)。希望能够完美一些。

名不副实，价高质低。中午休息时，服务员不知做什么几个人叽叽喳喳的，影响客人休息，只好出门干预一下。
