前台服务态度不错，只是工作的熟练程度还有很大差距。有待提高。饭店的硬件设施不错，客房服务员态度很好，餐饮的服务也很值得夸奖。只是早餐时，看见一个男服务员在餐厅左侧包房里抽烟。餐饮的饭菜质量非常好希望保持。以后有机会还回来。

酒店业是一个不折不扣的服务业，和其它服务业的区别就是完全以客人的感受作为服务的标准，如果酒店只以自己为中心而不把客人的感受放在首位的话，那客人注定会用脚投票的！作为一个经常商务出差的常住客，以前前台小姐的言行让我感到不舒服的话，我总以为是培训的问题，可偶遇销售经理并听之一番言论之后，我才知道这个酒店的文化就是潜意识把客人作为“贼”来对待的，还好葫芦岛酒店非此一家，我也只好用脚投票了！
