服务差：酒店服务人员对客人无视且非常冷漠，入住两天前台只开一天的客房钥匙。与酒店前台确认了第二天早上离店打包早餐但一无所获。
卫生差：被套上有旧的血污渍，房间内灰尘飞扬，蚊子多。
环境差：酒店因入住的客人少，不开空调、很少开灯，异常清冷昏暗。

这是第一次入住此酒店，酒店三面环水，绿化覆盖率高，植被茂密，也是南浔唯一一家五星级及金树叶绿色饭店。一走入酒店，曲径通幽，步入大堂，中心艺术品与墙面壁画相印，金碧辉煌，整体酒店装修色调偏冷，艺术感十足，是我喜欢的风格。客房温馨舒适，有欢迎水果及酸奶，附加值高，包厢零点餐厅与日本料理相临，落地玻璃可以欣赏中庭园林景观，有垂钓、自行车、艺术服装、KTV等娱乐设施，适合自驾游，值得推荐
