一号楼的隔音不好，卫生间布局比较局促，家庭房的阁楼楼梯很陡，人不能直立，只适合大人或大孩子，四号楼的视野最好，房间也大，饭菜比较可口，竹筒鸡汤不错，竹筒饭太硬基本没吃，早餐面条好吃，但不能满足每人一份，离莫干山高端农家乐还有很多空间提高，希望下次来会有改善

晚上睡觉，感觉有什么东西掉在头上，转身看到一只小强爬过，这种感觉。。。。我理解酒店靠山，这种很难处理，可是我是住酒店，什么体验感都没了。泳池脏，不敢游，周边没啥东西，要不就是开车出去大约40分钟。早餐还行，管家比较用心。

说句实话，管家的服务很好，想得比较周到，也会帮忙看着小孩子。不过酒店的硬件不行，游泳池看起来很脏，不敢下去游。

酒店的客服人员潘大姐会提前一天联系我们，服务热情周到细致。入住的是办理前台手续旁边的50米远的山间楼，楼房有些旧了，希望今后能够改善。云间楼是最漂亮的，有机会大家可以去住住云间楼。感受会更好。

住的2号楼。先说好的方面，小露台小院子布置的很好房间也不错。再说不如人意的方面，院子很小，去的时候外边在修路，一迈出小院子就很杂乱；亚洲的高级酒店/度假村住过不少，这里的"管家"言行举止不是很专业，比较随意，似乎关注客人的增值消费的情况大于客人入住体验，生日入住生日贺信也没见着，对于1400一晚的定价很明显是存在巨大溢价的。
