酒店设施不错，干净，床很大也很舒服，老板很热情。美中不足就是没电梯，因为是两个女的，所以酒店也有帮忙拿行李。很好！

这家酒店不错的，性价比蛮高的，装修也蛮新的。老板娘很热情。酒店里可以买到南浔古镇的门票，可以用两天，80块一张。酒店里的设施很都自己家的logo，感觉不错，梳子也蛮好看的，比外面的一般宾馆用心多了！房价也便宜，还有自己的饭馆，真的值得来住的。环境也比较安静的，满足了干净整洁安静的必备条件！

虽然物业不小 但还是家庭民宿的管理模式，偶尔前台电话会无人接听，因为店家可能和朋友在打牌、聊天、吃饭……抽屉里会预备多片电热蚊香片，但前客使用后的‘尸体’和包装没有及时清理；电吹风的初见场景也是前客所预设的，没人会为你整理缠绕一下过长的电源线；客房不配备电梯且商业构架的空间让我三层房爬出四层楼的感觉；大床房确实是两张单床拼接而来，两种房型的价差告诉我店家想得很‘周到’。除上，就入住时的房费而言，酒店确是精致而不失情怀的，距景区寥寥数步且附赠的早餐面券让游人坠入南浔市井而不觉身在他乡，若你和我一样闲心不淡，多走几步即可大摇大摆的无票通行于景区，即便是白天～完美！

酒店离景区很近，干净整洁，服务也相当好。特别赞艺龙，当时我订的价格酒店说搞错了要加价，通过艺龙沟通，后来直接付了高的价格后艺龙补差价，客服人员态度很好
