1、性价比超超超低！服务很差！设施落后！酒店用品档次很低，顶多四星。2、连咖啡机，都没有；冰箱里任何免费饮料都没有；3、连健身房桌球、乒乓球都收费。4、硬件一般，软件服务太low了～有的东西都不敢用，明显对他品质信任有问题。5、12点进来办入住，没发现有很多人，但是前台告诉你加价升级才有房，只能顺从，因为我们带着小孩及孕妇。这个酒店太恶心了！

小长假出行 价格略贵 但比起莫干山动辄一千多的小民宿，月亮酒店实在是物有所值，景色，设施，早餐，都好，还有温泉也很棒！

豪华气派，就建在太湖里，可以俯视太湖以及周边整个度假区。听不到中央空调的风噪声，但温度调节的非常舒服。大床，很干净，躺在上面很享受，据说叫甜梦之床。早餐种类丰富。
