在这只想公正的点评一下：我是生日当天入住的，酒店的礼宾部和前台的服务还是符合七星酒店的标准的，还送了生日蛋糕的贴心服务。我想着重说一下，中餐厅，服务不尽如意，连5星服务都达不到，当时只有我们一桌（后来又来了一个客人一桌，）根本不忙，我们喝完杯中酒，叫了几次服务员，没人，没办法老公起来自己到边几上拿酒自己倒……买单后服务员拿来发票，我礼节性的说谢谢，服务员也没有礼节性的回应……离开……等我们到了电梯，服务员才姗姗来迟送客，我们不是矫情，只想入住一个优秀的的酒店应该享受一个优秀的服务。再说一下车库停车问题，没有人员引导指挥，我想一个优秀的酒店，服务工作太不细致，所谓细节决定成败！没有对比就没有伤害，一个名气浩荡的7星酒店，真的让人失望！在此说明以上一切属实！

6星酒店真的是一次非常美的享受！本来是山景房，碰巧有人退房，我们就住到了湖景房！进入房间，景色太美了，诗情画意！酒店还提供了CD，听着优美的旋律，赏着美景，品着茶，太惬意了！我估计，每年都要来2次，感受不同的季节。酒店服务非常到位，洗护产品都是欧舒丹噢，特别得高大上！人生在世，赚钱就是来享受的，值得推荐！
