外观及照片看着很好，但是卫生状况真的是醉了。被单、地毯脏得无语，连换三间房都是脏，地毯上，房间角落的呕吐物，一股发霉的味道。由于是正月，边上已无酒店可换只能勉强入住，和衣而眠。早起第一件事就是赶紧洗澡，悲催的是女儿的小屁股上、大腿上还是起了一个个红点，痒一抓就红一片回家医院一检查螨虫、蚤之害。夫人本想为此事与酒店交涉，但是因为赶时间就此做罢。早饭还不如路边摊的，餐具脏的不敢用，桌布与桌椅上的污渍看得你吃不下饭。订到这样的酒店，真是愧对老婆孩子了。

酒店设施很旧了，水龙头等设备都已跟不上时代，洗澡都没有手持喷头，房间是挺大的，凑合住住

从没有给过差评的我，不得不给这家酒店差评。陪父母出来玩，本来想选一个住得舒服点的地方，结果一进房间臭死了……气味久久不能散去。而且就这个酒店的价位，完全可以去住旁边的锦江。

该酒店地理位置挺好，离天街很近。设施还行，但作为四星标准的酒店，稍显陈旧，地毯也有点污迹。最让人不满意的是服务水平。第一天入住后，晚上竟然连续有3、4个服务员来敲门、

太垃圾了。别被外表的大厅骗了，房间设施脏乱差，走廊漆黑不开灯，找房间号都要靠手机亮光。房间里面要什么没什么，吹风机差到吹不干头发，打前台的电话十个都没人接听。这么景区附近的宾馆，艺龙上标为高档型，真是太坑爹了。出门订酒店一直都是靠艺龙，这次这个真是太失望，艺龙也真是不靠谱。
