该酒店地理位置挺好，离天街很近。设施还行，但作为四星标准的酒店，稍显陈旧，地毯也有点污迹。最让人不满意的是服务水平。第一天入住后，晚上竟然连续有3、4个服务员来敲门、甚至直接拿钥匙开门，说是来确认有没有人入住，真让人无语！

酒店位置和环境还不错，在蜿蜒的山道上，离茨坪中心区不远，离购票中心也近。但房间设施和服务真的很一般，房门斑驳，衣柜门失踪，厕所门需要特殊手法才能打开，浴室玻璃门关不紧，下水很慢，浴室上方居然少了块吊顶！反正就是感觉年代久远。最最不爽的是wifi连不上π_π

自驾游去的，位置还是好找，过节房间也涨价了，房间在5楼，旁边有个KTV，幸好不营业，到天街，博物馆都方便，吃饭也方便，不过不太好吃，要坐专门的大巴上山，所以车只能停在宾馆里，幸好有地方停，房间有股潮气，只是卫浴还行，有直饮水，房间里还有空调，房间WIFI根本不行，性价比一点也不高
