卫生很差，房间内很多上一手住客的头发，而且外面露台很多蚁！室内温泉池不干净，房间直接下水的地方很多树叶感觉无人清理。房间空调不制冷，很热，跟无打开空调一样！地下停车场管理差，明明无位也让我们下去兜圈，连摩托车也人停在小车的位置上无人管理指引。退房慢，排长队还要查房，我已经很久没试过住酒店要查房！现在基本很多酒店不用查房，并可以快速退房的！早餐一般，晚上中餐厅接待力不足，漏单又上菜慢，人手不够，而且反应很慢，服务员态度差！
