这是最奇葩的一次入住，去到前台报姓名竟然说无登记，无资料不给入住，说酒店没跟艺龙合作，后来还是自己打电话去艺龙的客服，原来只是旅行社把酒店放上艺龙从中赚取差价，我们订的豪华温泉套房在艺龙1178，比酒店直接订还贵100多，就就算了，打电话打了十几个，旅行社那边说没问题已经订了，但酒店还是说没资料，搞了差不多一个钟，才搞掂，本来是来度个小周末的，结果还为这事费神，哎，还好最后成功入住，客服人员也比较热情，酒店房间很新很干净，配置很完善细致，温泉池不够多，有些比较冻，有些又很热，只有在最大的池温度刚好，而且有表演看，只可以讲，酒店挺好，就是遇到入住问题不满意
