酒店环境干净卫生，阳台有泡温泉的池。早餐品种丰富多样选择很多，而且味道不错。比起其他的5星酒店还要好。最赞的是管家李小姐，热情接待，无微不至！下次还会再入住。

在众多温泉酒店中最终敲定颐和是因为客户对酒店服务态度的好评，入住后真心感觉评价是真实的。首先是办理入住手续后李经理一直陪行至房间，为我们详细讲解酒店的服务内容及时间，非常贴心；接着是酒店人性化的服务，例如多款可供选择的枕头、丰富的早餐（至11点）、免费但用心制作的下午茶、中餐厅合理的收费、可从浴室直办走到阳台的温泉池等等；再次就是卫生工作到位，这也是最重要的一点。希望酒店在现有的基础上越来越好。
