1.洗衣服是外包的，价格昂贵，完全不能接受。2.我在房间内，服务员在外面喊了一声就把房门打开了，完全不理睬我是否同意就打开房门了，无论你要做什么，敲门、按门铃，征得别人同意才能进门，这是最基本的常识和礼貌吧？然后那位阿姨说“我们一直都是这样的啊、有问题你找领导啊！”。3.问前台要个一次性杯子也没有，也没有帮我找几个送到房间的意思。4.还有，出差嘛，想多开一点点发票，一口拒绝了，完全没有委婉拒绝的意思。牛气冲天啊。这种酒店老板真是瞎了眼请了一群妈啊，怎么做服务的？老板肯定不知道。
