昨晚入住，到前台咨询豪华大床房，说有房需要700多，后来我微信里下单订了间，客服说没有房，后来说取消订单，客服就说有放了，而且开给我的是高级大床房，不知道酒店都是这样对待客人的吗，因为我订房的前两天也在本酒店开了间豪华大床房，跟高级的很大区别，
