管家ann的服务还是很温暖周到的。早餐中规中矩，房间的装修太土，要说13年的装修，也不至于如此啊，无法理解。还有，浴巾毛巾该换新了，又硬又糙，洗的颜色都不对了。

酒店大堂和外观不错，不过似乎房间有点小，感觉跟普通酒店差别不大。退房服务不太满意，排长队九开一个柜台，排到了才说房卡放下就可以离开，那为什么不事先就提醒呢？
