大堂看着还可以，房间没感觉豪华，但卫生打扫得挺干净的，早餐一般，停车场整理得不太好，直通酒店应该弄得干净些，这样感觉会好一点，服务员态度倒还好的，但没有五星的感觉，四星还差不多吧。

豪华但是地处新区有点偏。有公交车可以去汽车站。服务非常热情。实际上建瓯的当地宾馆非常多，不知道为啥E龙签下来的没几个。

这家酒店在建瓯还是算不错的，房间很大，卫生间很豪华，就是现在有些装修的味道还没有散去。早餐还是不错的，就餐环境很好，还有一架自动弹奏的高级钢琴。但是目前酒店客源好像还不多，可能酒店宣传的还不够，在建瓯这样城市，价位还是偏高，应该做一些促销。
