硬件设施可以的，服务水平有待提高，几毛钱的茶包和咖啡都没有，三百多元的价格，这些也不配置不应该。前台服务态度非常好，也很谦虚，客房服务态度不行，看见客人像仇人似的，要个保险箱用电池好不耐烦。早餐时间一到立马收摊，也不问客人是否需要。
