  酒店坐落于建水县政府右侧，交通便利，停车方便。周边环境不错，非常开阔。房间比较整洁，卫生，就是浴室地漏不太好，容易积水、地滑。住宿不含早餐，用餐的地方有点远，不过沿建水大道靠右走一公里左右有好几家餐厅，味道和环境都不错。
