酒店坐落于建水县政府右侧，交通便利，停车方便。周边环境不错，非常开阔。房间比较整洁，卫生，就是浴室地漏不太好，容易积水、地滑。住宿不含早餐，用餐的地方有点远，不过沿建水大道靠右走一公里左右有好几家餐厅，味道和环境都不错。

酒店老旧，硬件设施很差不说，房间卫生脏，墙上有鼻屎，地毯全部是烟头，床上用品差的不行，很糟糕的一次入住，这样的房间40都不值。前台服务员态度还可以。
