提前一个月预定的豪华标间，到店我要求安排稍微安静的房间。结果发现给安排的是紧邻大马路的客房，询问前台，说豪华标间本来是其他楼，但是都有人入住了，给我安排的是同等规格的其他客房。问题是我定的很早啊，也确认成功啊，怎么到店会没房呢。大马路昼夜川流不息，窗子隔音也差，吵得无法入眠，而且房间新装修，味道很大。紧邻大马路的有好几幢7层楼房，而且每个房间都是窗子正对着马路。本来是休闲游，想住的舒服点儿，结果太失望，不会再住。

来过那么多次梅花洲，梅洲酒店倒是头一次入住。前台给了两张景区卡，入住期间无限次进出，甚是方便。原来紫桃轩就在客服中心旁，而水西草堂在景区内，并不在同一处。房间古朴雅致，全木地板。WiFi速度很快，洗手间设置独具特色。唯一要吐槽的是，午夜时分，还能附近KTV唱歌声，影响睡眠。

我们通过携程预定的是五号楼豪华大床房，可是到酒店被告知已客满，安排到永年楼。我们走约500米路才到永年楼603号房间，一看根本不是我们预定的豪华房，只是新公房模样的普通标房，而且临街，卡车来回噪音很响。于是我们再返回总台交涉，总台穿蓝衣的领班说，你们预定的5号楼已客满，没有了。事实是：我当场查了携程网，我们预定的房型明明有的，只是涨价了。原来是这个原因才骗我们，把我们安排到低一档次的房间。这家酒店怎么一点诚信都不讲，太气人了！！！😡😡😡
