去梅花洲玩 估计也就这家最方便了 前台态度很差 跟我说没有房间了 我也就奇怪了 我是携程上订好的 凭什么没有房间 在我的追问下 说能不能换大床房 我不同意 最后说还有最后一间。第二天早饭 八点钟已经一点吃的也没了 食堂阿姨说不知道今天有这么多人 我也是奇怪了 钱收了 你不知道入住的客人有多少？反正288一间这个价格 也就是睡一晚觉 别的服务等于0

跟朋友续住玩回来到前台去刷卡，前台3个人坐着，朋友拿卡递给她们，对坐在前台的接待说我们续住刷下卡，当时前台并没有其他客人正在操作电脑的以一个挺胖的女生，就像没听到一样，我朋友的手悬在半空中就那样递着卡，我看没反应又说了一遍，刷下卡我们续住的。这时另外一个女的才说我们在电脑上操作过了可以进去，口气很大声。没有一句礼貌语，这是什么前台？？？？？？？而且前台电话打了没人接，得打好几次。我挺服的，我们是来看脸色的吗？？？？房间卫生不想说了，续住大姐来打扫，拖鞋不换，床单不换，我们就问了问，居然说续住的话要住一个星期才换一次。牛*。

只能说酒店房间一般搬，188的房间果然不大，一张床靠着窗户，另一张靠着厕所。晚上5点多到的，本想在酒店内吃个晚饭，结果被告知晚上有喜宴，不接待散客。早上的早餐也真心不怎么样，牛奶和豆浆冲调的淡而无味，和白开水没什么区别了。想给小孩喝粥吧，问服务员要个小勺子也被告知说早餐不提供小汤勺。

当地最好的酒店了，酒店在景区内，晚上出来逛逛环境不错，设施一般，大床房房间很小，后来换了标房，服务还有待提高。
