五星环境。出门就是西栅的主要街道，位置方便。酒店闹中取静，房间布置古典风格，房间一点都不潮。自驾车停在游客中心外停车场，在中心办理入住手续，有服务生帮忙提行李，坐游览车到酒店附近。走二三百米就到酒店了。早餐味道也很好。

这次入住是一次非常差的体验，由于酒店入住的人比较少，早餐自助餐厅不开，要客人点餐送到房间用餐。房间里没有个可以放餐食的桌子，只有一把椅子，整个早餐都是在电视柜边上站着吃的，感觉太差了，这种服务和房价实在不匹配！差评！差评！
