1.8m大床，一家三口睡没什么问题，看各家习惯了。赠票两张，儿童补童票就好了。住了好几次，真是越来越喜欢。门外的游客比起第一次已经多了不止几倍，但只要一进酒店，就是另一片安静世界了。晚上再出来走在安静的石板路上，感受安静的乌镇。酒店的服务也是越来越好，从游客服务中心到酒店，服务无缝衔接，还很亲切。就连前台办理退房开发票一会的功夫，还要拿出矿泉水来。后续将要去乌村，还协助办好入住做好人脸识别（不过后续酒店还是无法识别，内部可以再对接更好），并告知具体领手环的地方。服务员做好还给送至电瓶车，热情邀请下次再来。真正的服务，赞！

服务很热情，从游客服务中心办好入住登记后会有电瓶车送到酒店附近。酒店环境很好，晚餐也是在酒店吃的，略贵还能接受，味道也很不错。早餐很丰盛。

酒店的菜好吃得一塌糊涂，随便点，道道好吃，为了菜，来住住也值得，况且酒店本身老宅地处闹市，安静一偶，确实不错！

在西栅景区中央区域，去哪里都很方便，夕阳西下樵夫摇桨，靠着船沿缓缓游走真的太幸福了。酒店类似于大型的四合院，不靠河，价格偏贵，没有泳池，帮忙拎箱子的小哥很热情，早饭还行，但是早饭服务员一个都不满意，没有领位服务还凶巴巴的。
