第一次定希尔顿旗下国内的酒店，因为这是嘉兴唯一的一家国际连锁酒店。不知道是这家特殊还是什么，没有感觉到之前洲际or万豪旗下酒店的优质服务。1，办理入住时明明好多人排队，却只有一个服务员办理；2，晚上一开始洗澡水水温还正常，十点左右，水温却变冷了，导致我洗了个冷水澡，致电客房中心，被告知酒店工程部通知热水供应有故障。这里面的问题是：首先，作为一个五星级连锁酒店，居然会发生这么低级的故障，其次，酒店方面没有任何应对措施。第二天问了同行的家人，都说洗了个冷水澡，反馈至酒店，永远只有一句“抱歉”。对此，我也想说一句抱歉，以后再也不会选择希尔顿旗下酒店了。
