差评是因为价格，同个时间同个房型价格差200不到，酒店方推脱，同程也推脱，说好的补差价到最后开始原因，以后不会再走同程，星级酒店对这事服务态度极差，不耐烦，推脱责任，刚订的700多，马上变成500多，酒店不承认，同程也不承认！硬要说是700多，我说提供证据证明不肯接受，截图为证

酒店的服务真的等于没有服务，我们一家来了办理入住，就让我们自己拖着行李去找房间，找了十来分钟找不到，服务员都找不到一个问路的，实在搞不懂，来了就剩最后一间房，没办法只能加钱升级房间，体验不好，早餐很一般
