四颗星的酒店中规中矩，但每早送的水果每晚送的小曲奇，及免费洗衣的温馨服务很暖心。酒店的停车，出行位置都很方便，值得一提的是早餐和店内的198元套餐真心不错，晚上去西塘古镇看看灯光夜景，我们渡过了愉快的二天休闲时光。

酒店的确如点评一样，设施不新，但服务好。
带着小孩不方便外出觅食，两顿午饭都在酒店中餐厅吃了，大厨好评，推荐。可惜携程的团购套餐不能用，只能退了买其它网站的。
酒店服务员全部好评，有位漂亮的大堂经理多次帮忙解决问题，还有位餐厅服务员叫郑人杰的，也是态度很好地帮忙我们。
酒店房间有送小饼干和水果，有点不足就是淋浴房比较小、转不开身。

位置很好找，周围商家多，还有市场，吃饭购物都超级方便。房间干净，服务周到，还送水果，小点心，早餐超级棒。退房时前台黄春莲小姐说话轻声细语，让人感到非常舒服。总之很愉快的体验，下次有机会再来。
