老酒店，设施啥的挺旧的了，空间也很狭小，尤其是房间的拖鞋质量很差，早上早饭马马虎虎，春节期间，西塘景区附近涨价太严重，这家没涨价，总体来说性价比挺高。

第一次入住嘉善宾馆感觉很好！虽然房间设施不是很新，但是很整洁、很人性化。服务人员热情周到。我们所在房间空调出了点小故障，大堂经理马上亲自到房间查看，并一直在房间外面等修理人员来解决问题后才一起离开。酒店还赠送了水果，将退房时间延长了2小时。酒店地处市中心，交通便利，店内停车也很方便。早餐很不错，晚上自助餐也价廉物美。下次再来嘉善首选此店。

上午刚到，感觉不错，特别是前厅部经理高美女，热情大方得体，中午饭一大家子14人也在酒店里吃的，大厅空调热热的，吃饭也舒服，下午在前台买了西塘古镇的门票，比网上便宜，晚上和明天早上的第二波评论了

酒店交通便利，位置好，适合自驾游。前台工作人员在国庆非常繁忙的时间，仍然笑迎八方客，敬业精神给人留下深刻印象。无烟区客房，棋牌室等功能分区非常人性化，想休息和想玩的，各得其所。不愧是老牌的四星级酒店，就是有星级酒店的水准。
