住的豪华标准间，还有灯和浴霸都坏了，前台服务人员态度超差，艺龙明明有房间可订，偏说网上预订结束了，还有特意问了说下午三点退房，结果过了中午12点就进不去房间，还得再下到一楼前台激活房卡，感觉豪华标准间的这么高的房价真是不值！！！谁住谁后悔！！！

酒店分东，西，南三个楼，西楼比较新，确切说东楼和南楼是宾馆，西楼算酒店。订了单间，设施各方面都可以。酒店离市区有一定距离，不过打车很方便，也不贵。但总体来说是一次很不错的住宿体验。
