这是一次非常扫兴的选择，本以为找个评价高一点，条件高一点的酒店！没想到服务这么差，超级差，本来在网上预约了豪华单人间，钱也付了！到店里服务员给了一间普通的房间！打电话和总台沟通，服务员瞪眼睛把1.5米的床说成是1.8米的。我也是无语了，我本人1.64横躺在床上脚还露在外面、后来经过协调服务员给我们挑了房，调到走廊最尽头的房间，后来客房服务员告诉我们，最里面的房间淡季的时候不住人，所以没有热水。又开始和吧台沟通，连续折腾了我们几次，都是换的没热水的房间！说其他的房间客满了！冬天没热水怎么洗漱！我们拿着大皮箱认服务员摆布！从七楼到四楼再到六楼再到七楼！诶，不说了！简直太差了！不是一般的差！老店，为什么会服务这么差！店大压人吗？再也不会选择了！有种被欺骗的感觉！
