华住旗下的星程定位应该还可以.但这家很不咋的,设置一般.服务生硬，告诉前台房间溫度低.她说是地暖、啥事!，订了一天，后续费打算再住一天又交了全费二间298元.由于工作原因到14点30向前台提出退房.前台只退98元-，什么道理!
