甘肃新疆自驾游入住此酒店，艺龙网上介绍是景观双床房，刚刚到店服务员告知是酒店自己布置的景观，我们这帮人大都有恐惧忧闭症，看不到外面的景观都不敢睡觉，艺龙和酒店在这方面有欺骗行为，打艺龙酒店投诉电话，接电话的小姐态度也非常不好，每年通过艺龙订几万块钱的酒店，第一次被这样的阐述给欺骗了，现在对艺龙很失望

旅游路过嘉峪关，酒店硬件设施还是不错的，就是入住时和前台姑娘发生点小插曲，不过经理很快摆平了。
