环境位置都很好，房间也很大很舒适，出宾馆大门马路对面就是松花江和雾凇观赏区，只是3号楼的设施有些陈旧了。

这次入驻西关宾馆的二号楼，据当地人说西关宾馆以前是不对外开放的，只是政府接待用！就在松花江边的一个大院里，原来是张作相的官邸。很幽静、低调！2号楼是近年新装修的！装饰和设施4星标准！服务态度不错！比印象中的政府宾馆好多了！

因为酒店人员的刁难，误了吉林去长春动车，只能打的去龙嘉机场，化了三百多元的冤枉钱。
我们住在三号楼与前台🈶几分钟的路，房间电话也联系不上，去前台结账让她快点，一副欠她钱的样子，慢慢吞吞不理不睬。
也就这两三分钟让我化了钱还遭了很多罪。
开心的旅游以这样的状况结束，希望酒店给予处理并回应。
