酒店晚上很安静，服务也很热情，看我自己带孩子过去，一直帮我把行李送进房间，还给了孩子一个玩具！本来定的湖景标准间，前台给我升级套房，真的太好了！

可能是新酒店吧，各方面的硬件还有待磨合。但是服务人员从前台到客房到餐厅全都非常友善。
客房的设施很好，该有的都有。卫生也做的不错。
餐厅就比较麻烦。先说好的方面。
早餐尽管只是最基本的家常膳食，但吃着很舒服；特别是提供现蒸的小笼包，很细心。
有待的加强的方面。
西餐真是一个大短板。国内游客还好，如果是国外游客恐怕会很难习惯。建议西餐方面最好雇个西餐厨师加强一下。哪怕是一杯咖啡，麻烦你不要用速溶的凑合行吗？就是速溶的也要注意下温度；50多度的咖啡，如果加糖恐怕还化不开。
另外餐厅的卫生也是需要注意，桌面都是油腻腻的。
