首先说位置，位于园博园湖西岸，挺好找的。
酒店共三栋楼，前台位于A栋，三栋之间有一定距离，楼层错落。酒店内部设施齐全，整洁干净。我住的房间观湖视野很赞，但房内空调不给力，开了一晚，就是无法降温，怀疑实际是中央空调，房间内的温度调节器就是摆设。酒店出门环湖走走、跑步、骑单车，开车均可。景色不错，看夕阳，观日出。周边设施：离大学城商业区不远，购物娱乐都方便。去园博园的话，找酒店开单子，可以从西门免费进园。不过园博园的设施风景已经远不如以前了，不推荐去玩。酒店早餐丰富，餐厅环境也很赞。前台办事效率太低，我之前选好了房型，迟迟不给我，如果是故障房等，应该仔细告知。

全五星好评，客房应该是孙洪霞，服务很贴心，按要求把两张并在一块了，还加了一层被子，有水果和玩具送。

酒店位置很好，门外就是长清湖，住在酒店游园博园是免费的。房间干净，服务一般，价格比较高。
