前台经理服务到位！帮我们免费升级到套房！太太太nice啦～像中奖一样哇～快到入住时间时给我打电话没联系上我，只是我的飞机延误所以入住有些晚，但是服务超级棒呀！地理位置好，去宽厚里和大明湖都很方便，房间舒适卫生，服务人员很热情，早餐超丰富！下次朋友来还订这里～再次感谢那位前台经理～

本来给老人定的大床房，因为担心老人付钱和押金麻烦，就选择了艺龙的在线支付和在线交押金，改成了豪华大床房。老人到店有点晚，晚上九点多，迷迷糊糊的收到微信发现是普通标准间，后来又联系酒店，又投诉艺龙，酒店服务员一直解释是因为系统的原因导致房间弄错。我在想，如果那晚我没看到微信，或者父母没发视频，是不是就这样了，准五星级酒店，出现这种情况，也没谁了。很不负责，出事之后，强调客观理由。
